  • Vendor Confirmation: Contacting all vendors to confirm arrival times and setup requirements.

  • On-site Management: Point of contact for all vendors; no one asks the client questions. (12+ hours day of coverage)

  • Crisis Management: Putting out literal or metaphorical fires so the client never knows they happened.
